Nicole Anderson
Nicole spent two decades inside the rooms where growth-stage decisions get made, leading teams, building leadership programs, and watching what separates the organizations that scale with purpose from the ones that scale into chaos.
She founded Audacia because the conversations leaders are having now, about AI, scale, headcount, pressure, are getting answered with the wrong playbook. Her take is the opposite: to speed up, we must first slow down. The human side isn't the cost of moving fast. It's what makes the speed hold up.

After 20+ years working with leadership teams through change, federal, commercial, education, Nicole kept noticing the same pattern.
